Here at Pachuco Blades it is our Discipline to give you a notable expertise edge!
At Pachuco Blades we aspire to sharpen all knives and blades with exact precision and utmost care, being sure to remove as minimal steel as possible while achieving a renowned edge.
My name is Jacy Martinez and I have been sharpening knives for 10 years! I love and have the upmost respect for my Culture and our Armed Forces, and as a tribute to both I thought why not bring light to both of our more grey history and reforge it, thus the name of Pachuco Blades was born! Working with knives and blades truly is my passion and has been so since I was a child. I am eager to demonstrate my skill that I have honed and we at Pachuco Blades are proud and committed to serving our community.
From my fathers side, they originate from the tribe of Cora my people come from the North West part of Mexico. From my mothers side, her people come from good old Texas. Jesse, my father and my Tio Red Feather had imprinted on me the sense of justice, and the sense of honor. They always reminded me to be proud of who we are as a culture and always encouraged me to study history. My mother, Angelica, brought me to God and is a great pillar in my life. She taught me what true patience and tolerance is, even though I myself work on it daily, it seems to me that she has it mastered.
My Family and I are very much looking forward to learning from one another, to be educated, and to educate any curious minds about edge geometry, blade cutting techniques, and general questions!
